Diana Durham August 10, 1948 – March 13, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Diana Kay Durham, 70, of Connersville, passed away on Wednesday, March 13 2019, at Reid Health in Richmond. She was born August 10, 1948, in Connersville, and is the daughter of George P. Dawson and Dema Catherine Brandenburg Dawson. On July 29, 1967, she married Paul R. Durham in Liberty.

They were able to share almost 42 years together before he passed on June 16, 2009. She had lived most of her life in Brownsville until more recently when she had moved to Connersville. Diana retired from J&J Packaging after 23 years.

She was a member of the American Legion and the V.F.W. She enjoyed working on puzzles and going mushroom hunting. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

Diana is survived by four children, Pamela K. Durham, Paul (Rhonda) Durham, Brian E. Durham, and Robert A. (Christina Allen) Durham; nine grandchildren, Alicia Hanson, Tara Durham, Amanda Mudd, Jacob Durham, Autumn Durham, Emily Durham, Chloe Durham, and Kendra Durham; one great-grandson, Ryland Durham; ten brothers and sisters, Barbara Eshelman, Michael (Kay Hammond) Dawson, Donald Dawson, Will Dawson Sr., Sharon & Bill Miller, Herbert Dawson, Tammy Dawson, Terry Bennett, Mary Lou Harrison, and Sandra & Ronnie Crawford. Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Paula Durham; a great- grandson, Keegan Wayne Lindsey; and nine brothers & sisters, James Dawson Sr., George E. Dawson, Patricia Border, Joan Day, Eugene Dawson, Edward Dawson, Joyce Rudicel, Anita Jones, and Caroline Wildridge. Visitation for Diana will be on Saturday, March 16, 2019, from 11:00am until 1:00pm, at Urban-Winkler Funeral Home, Connersville.

The funeral service will follow at 1:00pm, at the funeral home, with Pastor Donald Roberts officiating.
