Susan Elizabeth Hood February 25, 1980 – March 04, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| View Guestbook Entries| Send Sympathy Card Susan Elizabeth (Robb) Hood, age 39, of Las Vegas, NV, passed away Monday, March 4, 2019 after a brief illness. Susan was born February 25, 1980 to John S. Robb and Linda L. Marsh (Robb) Pressler in Kalamazoo, MI. She lived in Coral Springs, FL, Cobham, England, Connersville, IN and Greenwood, IN before moving to Las Vegas in 2017.

Susan graduated with the class of 1999 from Center Grove HS in Greenwood, IN. She later graduated from Paul Mitchell The School in Indianapolis, gaining her license in Cosmetology. She married Brian D. Hood November 18, 2000, and together, they had 3 children: Jason, and twins- Carleigh and Marissa Hood.

Susan loved her children and family eternally, and enjoyed making jewelry, being in nature, hiking mountain trails and playing the bass in several bands around the Indianapolis and Greenwood areas with her husband, Brian. Besides her husband and children, Susan leaves behind a brother, Chris (Laura Baich) Robb of Bloomington, IN; her mother and step-father, Kevin Pressler of Marion, IN; a grandmother, Helen Marsh of Connersville; father-in-law and his wife, Darrell and Kathy Hood of Bloomfield, IN; mother-in-law, Donna Poteet; brothers-in-law, Graden & Derek Hood, both of Indianapolis; a step-sister, Teresa (Jeff) Carrillo of Bolingbrook, IL, and step brothers, Jeremy (Jenny) Pressler of Millersburg, IN, Jason (Kristie) Pressler, and Dan (Sondra) Pressler, all of Goshen, IN, plus many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Susan was preceded in death by her father and grandparents, Stewart & Marilyn Robb, and Lloyd LaVerne (Elmer) Marsh, all of Connersville.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Suzy’s life will be held at Urban-Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8th St., Connersville, IN, on Saturday, April 13, 2019, where friends may call from 1:00pm-2:30pm. A private burial will follow.
