Dolly Y. Clinard, 46, of Mingo Junction, Ohio died Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Trinity West ER. She was born on August 11, 1972 in Steubenville. Dolly was a 1990 graduate of Mingo High School and attended Crossroads Christian Church.

Dolly is survived by her husband Randy A. Clinard; two sons Brennan C.M. Haraczy of Mingo & Justin A. Renzler of Weirton; grandson Brantley Haraczy; mother & stepfather Randy and Judy Jackson Krantz of Wintersville; father David E. McClain of Mingo; brother David (Angela) McClain of Wintersville; and two sisters Leica (Jim) Hibbits of Hopedale & her twin, Brandy (John) Hallock of Wintersville; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Thursday 2-4 and from 6 p.m. until time of services at 7:30 p.m. with Rev. Jack Jackson officiating.
