Donald Fields, age 91, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away Friday morning, September 7, 2018 at the Laurels of Hillsboro. He was born June 4, 1927 in Adams County, Ohio, son of the late Simon Earl Metcalf and Clara McCarty Fields. Surviving family members are nieces and nephews, Vickie Stephens, Richard Goolsby, Linda Ward Miller, Richard A. Ward, and Deborah Ward Douglas.

In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his two sisters, Amy Agnes Ward and Mary Alice Fields Goolsby. Graveside Services will be held at a later date at Dunkard Ridge Cemetery. Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro, is serving the family.
