Obituary for Donald Joseph Burnett Donald Joseph Burnett, 85, a native of Franklin, LA and resident of Bayou Black, LA, passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 29, 2018 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Bayou Black, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 12:00 pm in the church followed by burial in Bayou Black Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Reba Alice Bergeron Burnett; children, Christy Burnett and husband Lloyd, Keith Bruce Burnett and wife Regina, Todd Anthony Burnett; grandchildren, Kyle, Kamie, Kayla, Kelli, & Kaira Legendre and Keith, Kimberly, & Korey Burnett; 10 great-grandchildren; nephew, Frankie Burnett and wife Terry. He is preceded in death by his parents, Sigur Burnett and Sadie Giroir Burnett. Samart Funeral Home of Houma (Westpark) is in charge of arrangements.
