Doris E. Ohler, 83, of Westminster, Maryland, died peacefully on Friday, November 2, 2018 at Westminster Healthcare Center. Born in Carroll County, Maryland on August 9, 1935 she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Evelyn Brown Ohler. Doris was always available to others to lend a helping hand.

She especially loved her pet cat “Kitty”. The family wishes to express their thanks to all her caregivers at Westminster Healthcare Center and Carroll Hospice. The family also wants to express gratitude to her roommates for their friendship and infinite kindness.

Surviving is her dear friend Harry Black of Westminster, who brought great love and happiness into Doris’ life in her final years. Services and burial will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME in Westminster.
