Obituary for Doris Greubel Doris Ann Greubel, 82, of Evansville, passed away Monday, July 30, 2018 at her residence. She was born October 8, 1935 in Evansville, IN to the late Hilbert and Frances Hagemeyer. Doris was a graduate of Memorial High School class of 1953.

She graduated from St. Mary’s School of Nursing. She worked at St. Mary’s for 15 years. Then went to Alcoa in 1971 until she retired in 1993.

She worked part time at Whirlpool. Doris volunteered at Evansville Christian Life Center, St. Vincent DePaul office and Evansville State Hospital. She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church.

She is survived by her son, Robert “Bob” McDaniel of Jasper, IN; daughter, Leigh Anne (Tim) Farrar of Wadesville, IN ; son, Michael Greubel of Wadesville, IN; grandchildren, Adam (Amber) Farrar and Kevin Farrar; great grandchildren, Brady and Chase Farrar. Doris was preceded in death by her husband; and her parents. Memorial service will be on Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at 10:00 a. m. at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 South Hebron Avenue Evansville, IN 47714.
