Funeral services for Dorothy Mae Watson will be held 10:00AM, Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at the Hale’s Memorial Chapel in Davis, with Pastor Willard McCartney, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Green Hill Cemetery in Davis. Dorothy was born on November 3, 1929 in Wynnewood, OK to the late John and Leona (Majors) Payne.

Dorothy was a devoted Christian and enjoyed attending the Abundant Life Church in Sulphur, prior to failing health. In her spare time, she enjoyed painting, crocheting and spending time with her beloved family. Survivors include two daughters, Donna Eaves of Davis and Carolyn Beech of Arlington, TX; three sons, Danny Gaile of Davis, Stanley Watson of Huntsville, TX and Tim Watson of Davis; as well as 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, William “Kenneth” Watson; one son, Walter Kenneth Watson; and all ten of her siblings. Serving as pallbearers will be Richard Eaves, Jason Gaile, Scott Beech and Brent Pitts.
