OBITUARY Dorothy Segari Mouton May 22, 1928 – January 17, 2019 Dorothy Segari Mouton, age 90, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 17, 2019. She was a lifetime resident of New Orleans, Louisiana. She graduated from Newcomb College and was an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority.

She married Alcee Gonzague Mouton, Jr. and together they had 9 children, 25 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Dorothy is survived by her five daughters, Karen Mouton Culbertson, Michelle Mouton, Suzette Mouton Mule (Ray), Barbara Mouton Morris (Tom) and Cecilia Mouton Stolier (Jack); her three sons, Zach Mouton (Rhonda), Larry Mouton (Anna) and Richard Mouton (Pam). She is preceded in death by her son, Al Mouton (survived by his wife, Janice).

They enjoyed life, loved to travel to new places and to visit their children. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Catholic Memorial Service held in the chapel at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70124 on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM. Inurnment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dorothy’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Hospital: www.
