Douglas Edward Kitchens, 55, of Woodburn, passed away March 19, 2019 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. He was born July 22, 1963 in Franklin, KY to the late Myrl Douglas and Doris (Jobes) Kitchens. He was a sales associate for Walmart, loved Nascar and Kentucky Basketball.

Aside from his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Matthew Alan Kitchens and brother, David Neal Kitchens. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Lesia Lee Kitchens, daughter, Jessica (Richard) Enlow, sisters, Linda Faye (Robert) Strain and Jeannie (Ron) Cozart. He was blessed with three grandchildren, Zoe Cannon, Peyton Cannon, and Devon Enlow.

Several nieces and nephews also survive. Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

J.C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel has been entrusted with the arrangements.
