Miesner, 83, of Perryville died December 24, 2018 at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville, MO. He was born October 30, 1935 in Brazeau, MO, son of Otto Joseph and Ella Marie (Koenig) Miesner. He and Marjorie A. Koeberl were married on October 19, 1968.

She preceded him in death on October 28, 2010. Dr. Miesner owned and operated Chiropractic Health Center in Perryville. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church where he was an usher, Immanuel Fellowship Club, former School Board Member and Board of Elders.

He was a US Army Veteran. Survivors include one son, Mark Miesner of Perryville, one brother, Rev. Donald (Wilma) Miesner of St. Louis and three sisters, Vera Ruessler and Ruth Ann (John) Shannon all of St. Louis and Arlene Lohmann of Perryville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and four brothers, Clinton, Elmer, Gilbert and Rev. Willis Miesner and one sister, Lilly Ochs. Visitation will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Monday, December 31 from 9:00 am until the time of Service at 11:00 am with Rev.

Matthew Marks officiating. Burial in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery with Military Honors provided by American Legion & Delta Team. Memorials are preferred to The Lutheran Hour.
