Arthur L. “Art” Brown June 25, 1953 – January 22, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Arthur L. “Art” Brown, 65, of Perryville, died January 22, 2019 at his residence in Frohna, MO. He was born June 25, 1953 in Afton, MO, son of Arthur H. and Ruth L. (McCoy) Brown. His life partner was Virginia D. Thomas and she preceded him in death on February 25, 2008.

He is survived by his fiancé Brenda Herrington of Frohna, MO. Arthur was a retired machinist at H & J Enterprises Inc He was of Catholic faith, he enjoyed riding motor cycles, classic vehicles, hunting, fishing and loved being outdoors.

Other survivors include three step daughters, Angela (Brad) Crocker of Cedar Hill, MO, CyBill (Wayne) DeRousse of Perryville and Showina Smith of Park Hills, two brothers, Dan (Pat) Brown and Richard (Paula) Brown all of St. Louis, one half-brother, Scott (Cindy) Brohammer of St. Louis, ten step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his life partner. Services will be private.

Memorials are preferred to Veterans Memorial in Perryville or Crown Hospice. Young & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. in Perryville, MO provided the arrangements. Online condolences may be made at youngandsonsfuneral.com.
