Dillon, born and raised in Westfield, NJ, current resident of Princeton, NJ, past away on Thursday, January 17, 2019, surrounded by his family after a brief illness. A gifted Chiropractor and Natural Healer, Graduated of Penn State University in 1986 and the Cleveland Chiropractor College in 1990 as Valedictorian. After graduation he joined a very successful chiropractic practice in New York, followed by the opening of his own practice in Westfield, NJ.

Predeceased by his brother, John R. Dillon Jr. Survived by his beloved parents John R. and Sophie Dillon (nee Stamatis), loving sister, Dina Dillon-Castagnini and her husband John. Fiance of Lisa Vasvary. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Eddy followed his father into the family business and was an active member of Iron Workers Local #11 of Bloomfield. Eddy and Lisa were very active animal rescue league members in addition to taking in many sick and homeless animals. Visitation on Sunday, January 20, 2019 from 4-8 pm at the Lehrer-Gibilisco Funeral Home, 275 West Milton Avenue, Rahway, NJ 07065.

Funeral Services will take place on Monday, January 21, 2019, 10:00 am from the funeral home followed by a 11:00 am Funeral Mass at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 250 Gallows Hill Road, Westfield, NJ 07090. Interment Fairview Cemetery, Westfield.
