Obituary for Dudley A. Miller Dudley A. Miller, 87, of Beloit, WI, died Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Alden Meadow Park Health Care Center. He was born February 25, 1931 in Beloit, WI, the son of Chauncy and Dorothy (Annin) Miller. Dudley was a 1950 graduate of Beloit High School.

He married Joy C. Austin on June 23, 1951 in Dubuque, IA. She predeceased him on May 4, 2018. Dudley was employed by Fairbanks Morse and Gunite Corporation of Rockford, IL and Elkhart, IN for 28 years.

He was an avid Chicago Bears and White Sox fan, going to several games and was invited to spring training and signed with the 1950 White Sox. Dudley also enjoyed going to Beloit Memorial High School basketball games and decorating the house and putting life size teddy bears on the tree at Christmas. He was an avid golfer and proud of his hole in one in 2009.

Dudley loved a great steak, stuffed animals and his furry dogs, Muffin and Randall. Survivors include his five children, Carol (Terry) Healless, Beloit, WI, Cindy (Craig) Watson, Oro Valley, AZ; Connie Miller, Chad (Heidi) Miller of Beloit, WI, and Cory (Sacha Pakes) Miller of Janesville, WI; grandchildren, Jami McDonald, Michael and Zachary Watson, Lindsay Healless, Kristian Cioni, Chase and Hannah Miller; great grandchildren, Noah and Duncan Kenny; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Duane Austin, Darrel (Marge) Austin and Clyde (Liz) Austin; and his furry companion Randall. He was predeceased by his parents; sister, Beverly Thorne; brother-in-law, David Thorne and sister-in-law, Barb Austin.

Visitation of remembrance for Dudley will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 6, 2018 in the Daley Murphy Wisch and Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, followed by a service of remembrance at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Gene Van Galder officiating. Inurnment will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Upcoming Events Visitation 2018 JUL 6.
