Obituary for Charles “Bill” W. Bahr Jr. Charles William “Bill” Bahr Jr., 55, of Evansville, WI, died Monday, July 23, 2018 at UW Hospital, Madison, WI. He was born on November 15, 1962 in Beloit, WI, the son of Charles W. and Alberta (Munn) Bahr Sr. Bill was a 1981 graduate of Turner High School. He received a Machining Degree from Blackhawk Technical College.

Bill married Beth Strickland on November 10, 1984 in Evansville, WI. Bill was previously employed by Cub Foods, Taylor Freezer for 16 years, Gander Mountain, the Turner School District, and currently at Stoughton Trailers, Evansville, WI. He loved spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and woodworking.

Bill was a member of the White Tails Unlimited, the Beloit-Newark 4H Club, and the Beloit Rifle Club. He was also a Superintendant for Mechanical Science for the Rock County 4H Fair. Survivors include his wife, Beth Bahr; daughter, Angela (John Matthews) Bahr; son, Zach (Courtney Orr) Bahr; sister, Lorie Bombeck of Lino Lakes, MN; mother-in-law, Donna Strickland of Beloit, WI; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Carol and Mark Busch of Beloit, WI; nephews, Kyle Bombeck and Chris Bombeck; and several cousins.

He was predeceased by his parents. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 30, 2018 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd. , Beloit, WI, with Chaplain Mark Maxted officiating.

Visitation of remembrance will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family. Upcoming Events Visitation , JUL 29.
