Obituary for William Schultz Jr William “Bill” Schultz Jr., 63, of South Beloit, IL, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018 in his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on July 31, 1954 in Beloit, WI, the son of William and Naomi (Darwin) Schultz Sr. Bill was a 1972 graduate of South Beloit High School. He married his partner of 31 years, Dean Sawyer in September of 2016.

Bill was employed by Aston Kanapali Shores in Hawaii as the Restaurant Manager. He originally traveled to Hawaii to visit and ended up moving there 15 years ago. Bill loved to cook and enjoyed handy work including taking care of the yard and his flowers.

Survivors include his husband, Dean Sawyer of South Beloit, IL; two sons; two grandchildren; two brothers, Terry and Steve Schultz both of Beloit, WI; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents; aunts and uncles, Vic, Gerald, Cleo, Evelyn, and Douglas. The family would like to give a special thank you to Missy Kay and Todd for their love, care and support given to Bill.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2018 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd. , Beloit, WI. Visitation of remembrance will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service Wednesday in the funeral home.
