DuOnna was married to John Butts III on June 12, 1980. She is preceded in death by her husband John and her father Duane. Survivors include: mother Donna Wilson; children Jeremy Chancellor, Nicole Ickes, Christy Butts, Tracy Butts, John Butts IV and Debbie Butts; 19 grandchildren; a large extended family and many friends.
