Eddie Wayne Sams, 53, of Elizabethtown, passed away Sunday January 20, 2019 at his home in Elizabethtown. He was born in Richmond, Indiana to Jim and Deloris (Gabband) Sams. He was a Construction Worker who did hard labor.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Jim Sams. He is survived by his loving Spouse, Rhonda Townsend Sams of Elizabethtown, his Mother Deloris Gabband-Sams of Richmond IN, Son, Jordan Sams (Julia) of Elizabethtown, KY. He is also survived by his 1 Brother, Jimmy Sams of OK, 3 Sisters, Teresa Sams of OK, Linda Sams-Brewer of Richmond, IN, Peggy Sams of OK, and Granddaughter, Abigail Jade Sams of Elizabethtown, KY Funeral Services will be held Friday January 25, 2019 2:00 pm at the New Fellowship Baptist Church at 5811 North Dixie Highway in Elizabethtown, KY with Reverend Elmer Varnadore officiating.
