Obituary for Edward Scott McWilliams Edward Scott “Scotty” McWilliams age 59 of El Dorado, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Oak Ridge Nursing and Rehab in El Dorado. He was born on July 4, 1959 in El Dorado, AR to Bonnie Faye Hargett McWilliams and the late Charles Edward McWilliams. Scotty formerly worked in the oil fields and in numerous construction jobs throughout his working days.

He loved being outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. McWilliams; grandparents, W.C. and Jewel Foster McWilliams, and Elijah W. and Dollie Ann Hargett. Survivors include; his mother, Bonnie Hargett McWilliams; one brother, Charles Kenneth McWilliams and wife Annette; one sister, Kelley M. Ward and husband John; one son, Jason McWilliams and wife Amber; one daughter, Mary Henley and husband Garrett; six grandchildren, Rebecca Antoon, Katelyn Antoon, Claira Spall, T.C. Spall, Mason McWilliams and Ethan McWilliams; two great grandsons, Daxton and Alex.

There will be a Celebration of Life gathering at the McWilliams family home, on Hinson Road, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm on Saturday, December 22, 2018. Family and friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Life Touch Hospice.
