Elaine Moore Ramey, 66, wife of Derrill Junior Ramey, of 191 Ramey Road, Salem, passed away Monday, February 18, 2019, at Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital Downtown in Greenville, SC. A native of Oconee County, SC, Mrs. Ramey was the daughter of Doris Ridley Moore and the late Paul H. Moore. She was a homemaker and had previously worked at Eastside Sportswear in Salem.

In addition to her husband and mother, Mrs. Ramey is survived by her children: Dena Chapman Williams (Tommy McCall) of Cashiers, NC and Wesley Ramey of Salem, SC; and brother: Roger Moore (Jackie) of Mooresville, NC. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family is at the home.
