OBITUARY Enrichetta “Lina” Argento November 16, 1950 – July 25, 2018 Enrichetta “Lina” O. Argento, age 67, of Wethersfield, wife for 46 years of Carmelo J. Argento, passed away July 25, 2018. Lina was born on November 16, 1950 to the late Matteo and Felicia (Grassadonia) Spataro in Villabate, Sicily. A caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she always took care of those she loved.

Lina was a PCA at Hartford Hospital and CCMC. Countless patients and their families were taken care of by her and treated like family during her many years of service. She was a member of the Floridian Ladies Society, Italian-American Stars Ladies Society, Daughters of Canicattini Bagni Society and Italian-American Ladies Society.

In addition to her husband, she leaves her daughters Maria Giarratana and her husband Sebastian of Wethersfield, and Felicia Raffa and her husband Tom of Lebanon. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Antonio, Sofia and Joseph and her step-grandson Tommy. She will also be missed by her brother Giovanni, and sisters, Pina, Mariella and Rosanna, their spouses and extended family in Italy along with her many relatives and friends in CT.

Lina’s family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and PCAs, especially Dr. Stacy Nerenstone, for their loving care and support. Lina will always be remembered as the strongest woman anyone ever met. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, July 27th, from 4-7 p.m. at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Boulevard, Wethersfield.

Funeral services will leave from the funeral home at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, July 28th for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect Street, Wethersfield. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford.
