Eric Theodore Kidder, 47, of Belpre, died February 26, 2019, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. Eric was born August 24, 1971 in Parkersburg, WV and was the son of Harry Michael and Mary Jane (Miller) Kidder. Eric was a 1990 graduate of Belpre High School.

He had worked for Belpre Fence Co. and also worked as a contractor. He loved playing in the mud and enjoyed dirt track racing, four wheeling, motorcycling, hunting, fishing and camping. In addition to his parents, Eric is survived by his wife Shannon; children William, Misty and Erica; 9 grandchildren; a brother Austin and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Eric was preceded in death by his grandparents The family would like to thank the nurses at Marietta Memorial Hospital ICU for their wonderful care. Funeral services will be Sunday, March 3, 2019, 2:00 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 2, 2019, 2-4 & 6-8 pm.
