Erlinda Ilagan Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Sister, 79 Mrs. Erlinda (nee Padlan )Ilagan, 79, of Union, NJ, passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston. The funeral will be conducted from the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Friday, May 18 at 8:45 a.m. There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Nutley at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be on Thursday, May 17 from 4:00 – 9:00 p.m. The cremation will be held privately.

Mrs. Ilagan was born in Pangasinan, Philippines, emigrated to New Jersey in 1973 and resided in Union for the past 30 years. She was an accountant for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center for 31 years, and also worked as a sales associate for Macy’s Department Store, Short Hills. Mrs. Ilagan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Far Eastern University, Manila, Philippines and was a CPA.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years Ruben Ilagan; her devoted daughter Mylene Tenorio and her husband Dennis; her precious grandchildren Mya, Cassidy and Joaquin; and her loving siblings Eddie Padlan and Zenaida Cabiles. Mrs. Ilagan is predeceased by her brother Ben Padlan.
