Ernest Lee Butt Lee Butt, 95 years young, of Braddock Heights, Maryland, formerly of Barnesville, went to be with the Lord, April 23, 2018 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of the late Irene G. Butt. Born October 14, 1922 in Potomac, Md.

, a son of the late Ervin and Cora Shaw Butt. Surviving is his sister Elnora Caudell and husband Bill of Braddock Heights, with whom he resided, a sister Henrietta Bradley and husband Don of Lottsburg, Va. , and sister Shirley Molitor of Tonawanda, New York.

Three grandchildren: Kenneth Campanile and wife Paula; Michael Campanile & wife Gina; and Lisa Preece and husband Michael. Also surviving are nieces and nephews: Michelle Nelson & husband James; Joyce Clements and husband; Kevin Caudell and wife Jodi, Bernie Jenkins and wife Sallie, and Donald Bradley and wife Linda. He was preceded in death by his wife Irene; daughter Delores and husband Nick Campanile; sister Daisy Jenkins and husband Bernard; nephew Michael Jenkins; and step-mother Elsie Butt Allnutt.

Lee had many happy days buying and selling antiques and spending time at flea markets and yard sales where he made many friends. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 27, at Barnesville Baptist Church, 17917 Barnesville Road, Barnesville, Md. , with funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Danny Moore will officiate.

Interment will follow in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville, Md. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Barnesville Baptist Church, P.O. Box 69, Barnesville, Md. 20838.
