She was born on August 19, 1928 to Everett and Roxie Everman.

Tina was the youngest of five children. Tina is preceded in death by her Brother, Chet, and sisters, Helen, Lulabelle, and Margie. In 1948, she married Guy Harvel, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by their daughters: Jewel (Garry) Vader of Niles, Michigan, Pam (Mike) Hinkley of Greensboro, North Carolina; 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. Tina spent many hours volunteering at the Buchanan Moose Lodge and for the Buchanan Senior Center. In her free time, Tina would be catching up on her favorite Hallmark or Lifetime movies or cheering on her beloved Fighting Irish.

Tina loved any and all animals, especially her cat, Martha. But most of all, Tina enjoyed spending time with her family and loved Sunday dinners at the farm. Tina will be greatly missed by all she came in contact with and her memory will continue to live on through family and friends.

Funeral arrangements are being held Saturday, January 12th, 2019 at 10:00 am at Hoven Funeral Home in Buchanan, Michigan. After the service, friends and family are invited to join the family in remembering Tina at the Bertrand Township Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Tina to First United Methodist Church, 132 S. Oak St, Buchanan, MI 49107, or Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan, 5400 Niles Rd, St. Joseph, MI 49085.
