Boardman – ESTHER PAULA ROMEO – 93 Private services were held Tuesday April 24, 2018 at Calvary Cemetery Chapel with Rev. Philip Rogers, for Esther Paula Romeo, 93, who passed away peacefully Wednesday April 18, 2018 at Shepherd of the Valley in Poland. Esther was born June 25, 1924, in Campbell, Oh.

, a daughter of Metro and Mary Soroka Wachuck. She was a 1942 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School. Esther was a cashier at Strouss grille in downtown Youngstown and assistant manager at Southern Park Mall Terrace Room Restaurant.

She enjoyed her annual family vacation every winter to Marco Island Florida. Esther married her beloved husband James R. Romeo at Holy Trinity Church on November 23, 1947, James passed away March 23, 2008. Esther leaves to cherish her memory her Loving daughter Mona Lisa and her son-in-law Tom Boyer of Boardman.

Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by brothers, John and Steve Wachuck and sisters Anne Schmutzer; Mildred Austalosh. Family and friends may visit www. foxfuneralhome.org to view this obituary and send condolences.
