Obituary for Ethel M. Fons Ethel M. Fons, age 95, formerly of Royal Oak, passed away October 4, 2018 in East Lansing. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Fons (d. 1992); loving mother of Mary Ellen (Victor) Abela, Bonnie (Fred Bell) Wilson, Janet (Connie Talbot) Fons, Anne Fons and Joan (John) Griffin; proud grandmother of Lauren, Ryan, Michael, James, Alexandra, Nicholas and Carter; step-grandmother of Emily and Lauren; and great grandmother of Sienna, Liam, Victoria, Madeline, Grayson, Amelia, Andrew, Brennan and Trevor.

Predeceased by her parents, Carl and Mary Lissek, and 9 brothers and sisters. Memorial visitation Thursday, October 11, from 6-8 pm at the Wm. Sullivan and Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Road (4 blocks E of Woodward), Royal Oak, MI 48067.

Family will receive friends Friday, October 12, from 9:30 am until the time of Memorial Mass 10 am at the National Shrine of the Little Flower, Royal Oak. Inurnment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield. Share your memories at www.
