Eugene Cobaugh, 89, of Anchorage, Alaska, passed away on November 27, 2018. Gene was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to Harold and Rose Cobaugh on April 16, 1929. He graduated from Lemoyne High school before serving in the United States Marine Corp.

After his military service he graduated from Bucknell University and enjoyed a very successful career as a CPA. Gene moved from Pennsylvania to Florida in 1950 where he lived until moving to North Carolina in 2013. In 2015 he moved to Alaska to be closer to family.

Gene attended Anchorage Baptist Temple. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Betty Cobaugh; sons, Steve Cobaugh of Denver, CO; Tom (and Denise) Cobaugh of Anchorage, AK; Mike (and Dagmar) Cobaugh of Paris, France, and six grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Rose Cobaugh.
