OBITUARY Eunice Colleen Dugan April 12, 1929 – October 30, 2018 Colleen Dugan, 89, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. She was a member of North Haven General Baptist Church. She is survived by sons; Larry and Bobby (Bev) Dugan; daughter, Donna Perkins (Roy); grandchildren, Schon Perkins, Ivy Dugan, Heather Watson, Courtney Roper and Abby Dugan; 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.

A private graveside service will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery officiated by Rev. David Kelle. Condolences may be made online at www.
