Eva Lewis Limehouse, 99, of Summerville, widow of Ralph Oscar Limehouse, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019. The visitation will be at 11 o’clock Monday, January 28, 2019 and the memorial service will follow at 12 noon in Bethany United Methodist Church Spell Chapel, Summerville. Burial will be private in White Church Cemetery, Summerville.

Memorials may be made to Bethany United Methodist Church,118 West Third Street, Summerville SC 29483; The Village at Summerville Employee Appreciation Fund, 201 West 9th North Street, Summerville SC 29483, or Charity of One’s choice. Eva was born on May 7, 1919 in Blackstock SC, a daughter of the late Young Grover Lewis and Lynn Millen Lewis. Eva was a life-long member of Bethany United Methodist Church.

Eva is survived by her nieces and nephews Lynn Limehouse Finucan (Tom), Libby Limehouse Avant (Harry), Gracie Limehouse McLaughlin (Dave), Louis Limehouse (Penny), Terri Limehouse Herren (Ed), Theresa Weathers Bognar (Randy), Johnny Weir (Mary Ann), Bruce Lewis (Linda), Jeff Lewis (Linda), John Lewis (Rhonda) and Cathy Garrity (Lee) and many great and great-great nieces and nephews loved by Eva and Ralph; Eva is predeceased by her husband Ralph Oscar Limehouse; siblings Agnes Lewis Limehouse McElheny, Young Grover Lewis, Jr. (Pete), Catherine Lewis Weir and Lynn Millen Lewis.
