John Edward Hayes, 60, of Ladson, SC, husband of Kathy I. York Hayes, passed away January 14, 2019. A Masonic Memorial Service will be Friday morning, January 25, 2019 in Parks Funeral Home Chapel at 11 o’clock. Flowers will be accepted, or memorials in John’s name may be made to any charity of your choice.

John was born September 20, 1958 in San Diego, CA. He was a Sheet Metal Worker with Local 399, Charleston, SC and was a Free Mason. In addition to his wife, Kathy Hayes of Ladson, SC, John leaves behind his father, William Hayes; step-mother, Barbara Hayes, both of Goose Creek, SC; and his son, John-Michael Barescino of Ladson, SC.

He is predeceased by his mother, Marlys Demuth Hayes. Arrangements by PARKS FUNERAL HOME 130 West 1st North Street, Summerville SC 29483.
