OBITUARY Floyd Earl Norris January 3, 1943 – September 5, 2018 Mr. Floyd Earl Norris, age 75 of Hollerin Rd. , Dunn passed away on Wednesday Morning, September 5, 2018 at his home. Floyd was born on January 3, 1943, in Johnston County the son of the late Hubert Chester Norris and Mary Edna McLamb Norris.

He is preceded in death by brothers, Lloyd Norris and LeRoy Norris and a sister, Edna Mearl Faircloth. Floyd was retired from Warren Heating and Air in Erwin and was a member of Central Baptist Church. He was a devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather, family was very important to him.

He loved doing yard work and kept an immaculate yard. He loved old western movies and car racing. He was a Dale Earnhardt fan.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 7, 2018 at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Wagoner officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Tabernacle FWB Church Cemetery, High House Rd.

, Salemburg, NC. He is survived by: His Wife of 27 years: Theresa G. Norris of the home. Daughters: Lynn Norris Henderson of Benson, NC; Shelia Norris Langdon of Benson, NC; Amber Leigh Temple of Bunnlevel, NC.

Step-Daughter: Lisa Godwin & (husband) Michael of Erwin, NC. Grandchildren: Shelia Nichole Henderson & Christopher D. Henderson. Step-Grandchildren: Jerry Temple, Jr. and Felicia Temple Great Grandchildren: Iliana N. Eason, Idaris Eason, Brayden Temple & Blair Jackson The family will receive friend Friday, September 7, 2018 from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm at Cromartie Miller Funerals and Cremation in Dunn, NC.
