Fran Lynch, 58, Belvidere, passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at SwedishAmerican Hospital in Belvidere. She was born February 16, 1960, in Chicago, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Lynch) Diliberto. Fran married John Lynch in Chicago on October 19, 1985.

She worked as a phlebotomist for ExamOne.
