Frances J. Nartker, age 91, of Centerville, formerly of West Milton, passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018 at Brighton Gardens of Washington Township. She was born February 16, 1927 to the late Herbert & Josephine (Goldschmidt) Busse in Dayton, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter-in-law Judy Nartker, and sister Rita Nartker.

She will be missed and remembered by her loving children Barbara J. (Phil) Wagar of Bellbrook and Paul R. Nartker of Sidney; grandchildren Emily (Kyle) Tirpack of Beavercreek and Michael Nartker (Caroline Sanchez, MD) of Vienna, VA; great grandchildren Lacey, Scarlett, Jillian, Taylor Tirpack and Alex Nartker; niece Beverly Nartker and nephew Robert Nartker. Frances was a lifetime member of the Church of the Transfiguration and loved antiquing, knitting, painting, fishing, family activities. She also was a watercolor artist, baker and loved cycling, playing cards, reading, traveling and gardening.

The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 AM on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Church of the Transfiguration, 972 S. Miami St, West Milton with a Mass of Christian burial to follow at 10:30 AM. Interment will be held at 2:00 PM at Calvary Cemetery, 1625 Calvary Ave, Dayton, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420.
