Frances Joan Hopley, 86, of Taylor Springs, IL, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019, at 7:11 a.m., at Montgomery County Nursing and Rehab, Taylor Springs, IL. Services are pending at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL. Burial will take place at Waveland Cemetery, Hillsboro, IL Mrs. Hopley was born on September 4, 1932, in Hillsboro, IL.

She was a housewife, and lived in Hillsboro, IL, Florida, and Witt, IL throughout her lifetime. She married Bernard “Barney” Hopley on September 4, 1950 at Waveland Church, Hillsboro, IL. He proceded on May 14, 2000.

Mrs. Hopley is survived by three children, Vern (Wife Barbara) Hopley of Irving, IL, Paul (Wife Vita) Hopley of Hillsboro, IL, and Rebecca (Wife Kat) Hopley-Jackson of Springfield, MO; and one sister, Sharon K. Green of Naples, FL. Mrs. Hopley was also preceded in death by two sons, one in infancy, Bruce Hopley, and Earl Hopley; and one grandson and granddaughter, both in infancy.
