Frances L. “Fran” Swartz, age 65, of Bellefontaine, passed away at 10:13 p.m. on Monday, July 9, 2018 at Heritage Manor, Minster. She was born in Kingsville, Texas on April 20, 1953 to the late Robert F. White and June (Brumbaugh) White, who survives in West Liberty. In January of 1995, she married Steven Swartz and he survives.

She is also survived by her sons, Scott (Megan) Benton and Jon (Jackie) Swartz; 7 grandchildren; sister, Debbie (Scott) Moody; brother, Ray (Cathy) White; 2 nieces; and special friends, Pam, Jane, and all her friends at the Logan County Senior Center. Fran was a member of the First Christian Church in Bellefontaine. She loved her motorcycle, animals, flowers, and nature.

Fran enjoyed making cakes and candy. She was well known for her Rum Cherries and baklava. All who knew Fran will miss her.

Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 101 Zanesfield Road, West Liberty. Visitation will be Saturday, July 14th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in West Liberty.
