Obituary for Francis (Fran) D. Haremski Beloved father and grandfather passed away Sunday, September 9, 2018. Age 83 years. The son of the late Frank and Mary (Popecki) Haremski, Fran was born December 19, 1934 in Saginaw, Michigan.

He married Romaine Smokoska on April 30, 1955. She predeceased him July 31, 2010. Fran was employed as an accountant throughout his life.

He was a member of St. Dominic Parish-Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church and the Brothers of Kosciuszko. Fran enjoyed bowling, Detroit Tiger Baseball, NASCAR, crossword puzzles and loved spending time with his family.

Surviving are four sons, Brian Haremski, Midland; Gregory and Trish Haremski, Saginaw; Michael and Debbie Haremski, Saginaw; Dennis and Donella Haremski, Freeland; 18 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Carol and Duane Archambault, Saginaw; Patricia Russell, Saginaw; Jackie and Dr. Dave Kazmierski, Ohio; MaryAnn and Matt Peterson, Saginaw; several nieces and nephews; many special friends including Ron Cheshire, Vassar. Fran was preceded in death by two daughters, Cheryl Lynn and Karen Haremski, and by a sister, Delphine and Henry (Hank) Pawlik. Funeral service will take place 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd.

John S. Sarge will officiate and cremation will follow. Friends may call at the funeral home where the family will be present on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.
