Obituary for Francis J. “Frank” Blauch Francis J. “Frank” Blauch, 88, of Palmyra, died Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Londonderry Village. He was the husband of Lena Breidenstine Blauch, to whom he was married for 61 years. Born in Lebanon on August 23, 1930, he was the son of the late Frank and Luella Swanger Blauch.

Frank graduated from Lebanon Catholic High School with the class of 1949 and was a veteran of the US Navy. He worked at Quaker Alloy for over 20 years, and retired from S. Lebanon Elementary School as a custodian. He enjoyed hunting, camping, and traveling with his wife, which included all 50 states, all providences in Canada, and 13 foreign countries.

Surviving in addition to his wife are sisters-in-law Pauline Haldeman and Arlene Wampler, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sister Charlotte Ristenbatt, nephew Robert Ristenbatt, and brother-in-law Allen Breidenstine. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 22 at 10:30 a.m. at Midway Church Cemetery, 13 Evergreen Road, Lebanon, PA 17042.
