Frances Lyvonne “Bonnie” Caringer, age 74 of Irvington, KY died Monday, July 2, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Breckinridge County, KY on February 24, 1944, the daughter of the late Raymond and Lida Mae Davis Harper. Bonnie was a homemaker who loved her family, yard work, gardening and yard sales.

Her favorite TV shows were Family Feud, QVC and the Golden Girls. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Joseph Richard Turnbough, Jr., grandson Travis Michael Nix, companion J C Howard, brother Ricky Harper and sisters Barbara Simmons, Betty Durbin, Joan Dutschke and Faye Wheatley. Bonnie is survived by 2 daughters – Tammie Nix (Doug) of Cuba, Missouri Kristy Devine (Robert Pierce) of Irvington,KY 5 grandchildren: Doug Nix, Jr. (Brooke), Joshua Nix (Kayla), Christopher Caringer (Haley), Zachary Caringer (Ashley), Kassidy Devine 6 great grandchildren: Chase, Kirsten, Caden, Colton and Quinn Nix, Ashton Caringer 1 sister: Debbie Strasburger (Greg) of Caneyville, KY Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 11 AM.

Burial will be in the Freedom Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, 4-8 PM and Saturday after 8 AM. Expressions of sympathy are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
