Garcia passed away on December 3, 2018 at the age of 84. He was born to Jose Garcia and Rumalda Cantu on May 2, 1934 in Mexico. He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings Paulita Perales and Torivio Garcia.

He is survived by his sisters Francisca Garcia Valdez and Josefina Herrera as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. His family will be receiving visitors on Wednesday, December 05, 2018 at Heritage Oaks Mortuary from 5pm-9pm with a prayer service to be held at 7pm. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Thursday, December 06, 2018 at 12pm for a graveside service at San Jose Burial Park.
