Family members left to cherish his memory include his beloved wife of 10 years, Adela Cepeda of Del Rio; daughter, Lucero Morales of Del Rio, Yesenia Hernandez of Del Rio, Aracely Morales of Cd. Acuña; son, Francisco Morales of Ft. Worth; stepchildren: Diana Martinez of Houston, Ramiro Cepeda Jr. of Laredo, Tx, Rolando Cepeda of Del Rio, and Aurora Cepeda of Del Rio; Francisco is survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren Francisco’s final wishes were to be cremated.
