OBITUARY Frank Marshall December 17, 1931 – September 13, 2018 Frank Marshall, 86, of New Bedford passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018 in CareOne at New Bedford. He was the husband of the late Mary Pauline (Belanger) Marshall. Born in Newport, RI, a son of the late Joseph A. and Gloria (Medeiros) Marshall he lived in Newport, RI and New Bedford for most of his life.

Mr. Marshall served in the United States Army. He was a master landscaper for 25 years and later worked as a laborer for the City of New Bedford retiring in 1994. Frank was an excellent wood craftsman and could fix anything.

He is survived by his stepdaughter, Roberta Bernier of New Bedford, a stepson J. David Costa of CT, four grandchildren; Ivan Bernier of Boston, Ashley Peters of Boston, Emily Peters of CT, Kate Costa of CT and many dear nieces and nephews for whom he was thankful. Frank was predeceased by fourteen siblings. Private funeral arrangements are in the care of the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd, New Bedford.
