Frank H. Ring, Age 85, of Alliance, passed away Mon. , Sept. 24, 2018.

Born in Monroe Co., OH, a son of the late Frank and Lelia (Early) Ring, he had been an Alliance resident since 1958, previously residing in Canton. He was a 1951 Graduate of Timken High School, served with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of Louisville Church of Christ. Frank was the Manager of Clarkins for many years until they closed and then retired from Stambaugh’s.

After his retirement he transported cars for Montrose. Preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Joyce Ring, his brother Delmas Ring, and four sisters, Virgie Atkinson, Wadena Lowther, Irene Beaver and Eloise Barkley. Survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Michelle Franks, and Mindy and Ken Kuntze; one son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Lori Ring; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren, Kenny (Brooke) Kuntze, Kyle (Carli) Kuntze and their children Ashlyn and Jaxson, Samantha (Sam) Wheeler and their son Jackson, PVC.

E# Devin Miller, Michael Ring, Maggie Ring and Mariana Ring. A Memorial Service will be held Fri. at 6 p.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Military Honors to follow the service.

Friends may call Fri. from 4-6 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Frank’s memory may be made to Alliance Hospice, 2461 West State Street, Alliance, OH 44601.
