Frank Simek age 69 of Compass Lake in the Hills passed away on Saturday, November 17 2018. He was born in Northfield, Minnesota on April 6, 1949 to the late Frank P. and Lillian Voracek Simek. Frank has been a resident of Compass Lake in the Hills for 12 years, coming from Plantation, Florida.

He worked as a road supervisor for Compass Lake in the Hills and attended Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Fountain. Frank loved his family dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents; Frank and Lillian Simek, sisters, Lucy Molitor and Barbara Simek; brothers, Joe Simek and Gilbert Simek.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of forty-nine years, Agnes Keilen Simek (Dolly); children, Debra Simek Yawn (Bob), Dennis Simek (India), and Jared Simek (Hani); brothers, John Simek, George Simek (Diane), Ed Simek (Geneve), and Tom Simek (Val); sisters, Rose Novotny, Marge Nordwall, and Marcie Schleeve (Tim); six granddaughters and one grandson. A memorial service will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Our Lady Queen of Peace in Fountain, FL. Interment will follow in the Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.

A time of visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Friday, November 30, 2018 in the Marianna Chapel Funeral Home.
