Sioux Bob of Anchorage, AK, Simone (Ival) Janis of Pine Ridge, SD, Monique Sioux Bob of Rapid City, SD, Emmanuel Sioux Bob II of Las Vegas, NV, Rosemarie (Rudy) Sioux Bob of Harlingen, TX, Justine (Michael D) Carlow of Fort Thompson, SD, Jackie R. Mousseau of Chadron, NE, and Michael “MJ” Sioux Bob of Rapid City, SD; and 19 great grandchildren. Franklin was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemarie Sioux Bob; father, Jim Sioux Bob; mother, Annie Walking; brothers, Clement Walking, Gabriel Bissonette, and Lyle Hernandez; and sons, Michael Sioux Bob and Frank Sioux Bob, Jr. Pallbearers will be Emmanuel Sioux Bob II, Michael Sioux Bob, Jason Mousseau, Rudy Contreras, Micheal D. Carlow, and Jay Tall Bull.

Honorary pallbearers will be Rick Mousseau, Jackie Siers, Alice Siers, Sonia Weston, Mabel Kills Night, and All Friends & Relatives Wake Services: One night wake service starting at 1:00 PM, Monday, April 23, 2018 at the Wakpamni CAP Office in Pine Ridge, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM. Funeral Services: 10:00 AM, Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the Wakpamni CAP Office in Pine Ridge, SD Officiating: Traditional Lakota Services: Mr. Mike Carlow, Sr. Burial Services: 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD.
