Obituary for Fred Samuel Shay Fred Samuel Shay, 57 of Waco, TX passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2018. He was born on January 18, 1961 in Dallas, TX to Melvin and Delois I. (Whitt) Shay. After graduating high school, Fred joined the United States Air Force and served from July 17, 1979 to October 21, 1980.

He loved Motorcycles. He moved from Dallas seven years ago to Waco, TX. Fred is preceded in death by his father, Melvin and brother Clifton Shay.

Fred is survived by his son Ryan Curtis Shay and grandson RJ Shay of Raymore, MO, mother Delois Browning of Dallas, TX, sister Catherine Baker and husband Jeff of Dallas, TX, brothers Ricky Shay and Ronnie Shay and wife Shelly, both of Mead, OK, and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside Service will be on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Mead Cemetery. Brother Monty Wood will be officiating.
