Freddie Collins, 60, of Jeremiah passed away Monday, October 5, 2018 at his residence. Freddie was the son of the late Wesley and Corine Collins. Surviving is his stepmother: Polly Collins of Little Colley; 6 brothers: Russell Collins of Colson, Lovell Collins of Rockhouse, Oscar Collins of Isom, Wesley Collins Jr. of Isom, Kerns Collins of Whitesburg, and Johnnie Darrell Collins of Isom; 6 sisters: Evelyn Smith of Raven, Donna Collins of Lebanon, Virginia, Danzel Cathryn Pugh of Millstone, Judy Collins of Louisville, Christina Costa of Florida, and Rose Pugh of Ashland; 3 stepbrothers: John Paul Morton of Jeremiah, Charles Bradley Morton of Little Colley and Stephen Morton of Pinetop; 1 stepsister: Tina ton of Whitesburg.

Freddie was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Effie Mae Pugh and Doris Jean Ritchie; 1 son: Sonny Collins. Funeral: 12:00 O’clock Noon Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the Little Colley Pentecostal Church with George Collins and others officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Little Colley Pentecostal Church.

Burial will follow in the Gene T. Collins at Isom, Kentucky.
