George A. Kenyon, 78, of Kirkwood NY, passed away at his home on Thursday November 8, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Eileen; three children, George Kenyon, Tina Killino, and Heather (Arthur) Shattuck and five grandchildren whom he adored, Luke Kenyon, Brooke Shattuck, Kaitlyn Killino, Nathan Shattuck, and Danielle Shattuck. He was born to the late Leo and Mabel Kenyon at Mrs. Springers Private Hospital on March 30, 1940.

George grew up in a large family on the Southside of Binghamton, NY and is survived by two brothers, Marvin (Ida) and Bill Kenyon and one sister Patty Kenyon. He has many, many nieces and nephews! He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and bowling with both family and friends.

His favorite activities included spending time with family members and his grandchildren. He enjoyed spending time at ATF hunting camp in Gouverneur, NY. George spent many years working in the iron and steel industry before retirement.

He then went to work for Jack Sherman Toyota which he enjoyed very much. A celebration of life to honor George will be held Thursday November 15, 2018 at the West Windsor Fire Hall from 1:00-4:00pm.
