Gervis H. (Butch) Miley Jr., 62, of Saint Thomas, Pennsylvania passed away December 11, 2018 at Chambersburg Hospital. He was born on January 6, 1956 in Hagerstown, Maryland to Gervis and Edna (Fisher) Miley. He was a former member of the Train Collectors of America.

He enjoyed collecting muscle cars. He enjoyed gardening, hunting and fishing. Butch volunteered as a pastorial care lay chaplain at the Chambersburg Hospital.

He was a lay minister in the Abundant Life Chapel in Chambersburg. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Darlene (Rotz) Miley. He is survived by his mother, Edna Miley of Chambersburg, a sister Lori Voce of Chambersburg, and a nephew, Brett Voce of Chambersburg.

He is also survived by his spiritual son, Kenny Fahnestock of Marion. Funeral services will be conducted Monday Dec. 19th at 11:00AM at the Abundant Life Chapel, Chambersburg with Pastors Esther White and Nancy Myers officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. interment will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery. Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Chambersburg has been entrusted with conducting the services.
