Gladys Eure Yates December 03, 1924 – May 22, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Gladys Yates age 94 of Russellville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at the Creekwood Nursing and Rehab. She was born in Allen County, Kentucky on December 3, 1924. She was a Baptist and is preceded in death by her husband Emmett Allen Yates and a son Fred Yates her parents, five brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her; Five sons; William Yates of Auburn, Clarence Yates (Pam) of Auburn, John Yates of Russellville, James Yates (Darlene) of Russellville and Stoney Yates (LeeAnn) of Russellville, four daughters; Brenda Nations (Allen) of Russellville, Lisa Atkinson of Russellville, Teresa Dodson (Sam) of Russellville and Margaret Marlin of South Carolina, 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Funeral services for Gladys Yates will be conducted Monday, May 27, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. in the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Bro. Travis Bryant officiating and burial to follow in the Berea Cemetery.

Visitation will begin Sunday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Monday from 8:00 A.M. until funeral time at 1:00 P.M. Pallbearers: George Nations, Ross Nations, Earl Yates, Charles Yates, Paul Yates, Dustin Atkinson and Brad Imotichey.
